*Spingebill is just a synonym for SpongeBob used to avoid copyright claims in poops; they are referring to the same character. I'm thinking that Spingebill should be a section of the SpongeBob page. Perhaps Spingebill is some sort of alter ego of SpongeBob. I will admit that I am biased against having a page for Spingebill-Creppypasta stuff and I would like to see something more creative besides that.
