Sandy Cheeks is a squirrel who lives under the sea, for whatever reason she has. Her helmet has infinite oxygen, despite it not having an air tank or filter. But if she doesn't have it on, she will die. She is also obsessed with Texas.

Troubles with racism
Despite being the perfect scientistwranglerkaratemaster, sea critters (they like water by the way) are constantly bullying her because she's a squirrel. One time in fact, the whole of bikini bottom almost went genocidal on her because of a stand-up act by SpongeBob. She also got in an argument with SpongeBob about whether land or sea animals were better. Mr Krabs, SpongeBob, and Squidward almost died in this argument.
