This article is filed under Characters.Cutman is one of Dr. Wily's most loyal henchman. Along with Gutsman, he is one of the most frequent opponents of Mega Man. He fires scissors off of the top of his head to attack, which almost always ends up injuring his own allies. Known as Cutsman in Captain N: The Game Master.
