Double Luigi Attack refers to an instance in the Super Mario World episode, Rock TV. When Mario slams into Luigi, they swap colours. That is, Luigi becomes red and Mario becomes green.
Effects
Mario turns into Mama Luigi with red clothes on. He has all Mama Luigi's powers.
Actual Facts
The creators made another bad mistake with animation. Or did they? =O
