If the article on Morshu's Dinner Palace was shortened and organized, would it have a chance of not being deleted?

This is what I don't understand. Why wouldn't it change a thing? Yoshit said "This article is too long an' unorganized", so why wouldn't fixing the article prevent deletion? At least give me a chance to fix the article. If the second version is still not good enough, then I'll understand it's reason for deletion.
Glad I made an article that you don't hate Yoshit.
