A show on Cartoon Network created by Craig McCracken who is well known for creating the Powerpuff Girls. The events depicted in the program take place in a foster house for somehow-living, breathing imaginary friends, and it is owned by a lady named Madam Foster, hence the title. The stories mainly focus on one Blooreguard Q. Kazoo, who can be a total jackass and is intensely hated for his actions, and Mac, the kid who imagined him into existence and was forced to put him in the home after his mom said he was getting to old to have an imaginary friend.

The first two seasons of the show are available on DVD.
