How It Came To Be
Wikipedia was created by James "Jimbo" Wales. He created it because he wanted to create a compilation of all the knowledge in the world. This is despite the fact that he rejects things he considers "not notable". It is believed that an overdose on information compiled on Wikipedia may greatly expand one's vocabulary to astronomical levels, possibly to the irritation of the flesh creatures around yourself.

Common Vandalism
Wikipedia is subject to various vandalism. Don't believe us? Check through the Recent Changes page there...if you can keep up. Seriously, those guys are quick bastards.
- Some vandalism may consist of changing around random text, or altering statistics to say rather absurd stuff. In fact, it has been theorized that 900000000000000300000d000% of vandalism consists of altering percentages.
- Some vandalism consists of unsourced facts.
- Some vandalism is added by spambots, posting grammatically crude messages with external links about odd stuff nobody cares about. By the way, you can get "Celebyrx for dogs rimadayl", and free Viagra, at many local stores, worldwide!
- Some vandals may just simply blank a page without explanation.
