A show on Cartoon Network. The events depicted in the program take place in a foster house for somehow-living, breathing imaginary friends, and it is owned by a lady named Madam Foster, hence the title. The stories mainly focus on one Blooreguard Q. Kazoo, who can be a total jackass and is intensely hated for his actions.
The first two seasons of the show are available on DVD.
