Personality
Ludwig Kooky Von Koopa is know to be a notorious spazz. He has a high cracking annoying-as-hell voice that is now considered ear rape. He's trying to grow his hair out, which by the way happens to be the color blue, but King Koopa demands the Kooky leaves his hair the way it is, or else he will rape him.
