Naruto is a ninja and aspiring Hokage who always likes to say "Believe it" whenever he thinks is necessary, which is most of the time apparently.
Facts
Naruto actually never says "Believe it" as a catchphrase in the Japanese version of Naruto. In japanese he says "Dattebayo" which could have to possible meanings:
