Queen Harkinian is King Harkinian's husband Princess Zelda's mother. She has rarely been seen in Hyrule because she was captured by Ganon and held prisoner in Tykogi Tower (along with Mayor Kravindish and The Baker). She was stuck in Tykogi Tower for the entire period of Link: The Faces of Evil. Eventually, she saved herself and escaped. When she came back to see Zelda, they had a feast. Too bad she was uninvited for it.
