Speeding up or Slowing down is a common poopism that makes a clip seem faster or slower.This can be used with the Stutter Loop or Ear Rape poopisms which makes them more funny or more annoying.
Speed up/Slow Down in Sony Vegas
In Sony Vegas press and hold crl-L, while holding those keys click the end of the clip and while holding it bring it forwards for Slow down and bring it backwards for Speed up.

Right click on a clip and select Speed/Duration and play with the blue numbers
