Pingas is a word that can be heard said by Dr Robotnik while he says to Scratch and Grounder "Snooping as usual I see!" but it sound more like this "SnooPINGAS as usual I see!". It is heard in this episode, Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog - Boogey-Mania.
