'''Tose''' is a Japanese developer who doesn't want to be credited for their work which means it is very hard to tell what games they made for a good reason, they are a sweatshop. Tose have 5 sweatshops, 3 in Japan and 2 in China churning out games like anything, after all they made over 1000 games, many not even found yet. An employee who worked there and found the working conditions to be poor (massive overtime, tiny rooms, little breaks) and even they would pirate a game to steal the code if they can't develop the code to make it happen. Nintendo, Capcom, SNK, Square-Enix, Namco, even Sega used this company for their games as listed below...
