Robotnik's Sexy Suspender Striptease, was the first poop ever made by Stegblob. It was created near the end of March 2007, and was uploaded to YouTube on April 3rd 2007. It became one of the most popular YouTube poops, and is seen by some people as one of the best Robotnik poops ever made. Due to the popularity of the poop; other poopers have attempted their own Sexy Suspender Stripteases as well as Stegblob making one of Bill O'Reilly, however the latest batch were in fact parodies of Stegblob's work.
