Omfak is a terrifying character from Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon. He is the penultimate boss in the game, and you fight him if you want to destroy Ganon in one blow. Omfak has the power to change from a wolf to a lion, then to a giant pair of lips - and this is just to eat chicken, mind you!
He's probably the most nonsensical and hideous thing the CD-i art department ever drew - even more so than Goronu, or maybe even Ganon.
