Description[edit]

Ghostbusters is a film produced in 1984 centered around 3 parapsychologists in New York that start a ghost catching business, after finding a real ghost at the New York Public Library, and having been stripped of their academic status by Columbia University.

The film was one of the most popular comedies of the '80s, spawning a whole franchise, and cementing itself in American pop culture forever.

The Ghostbusters make a rare exception to the time-honoured rule "Don't cross the streams".
