That place that has all the porn on the internet. In fact, its porn is so famous, that it got more heat up its ass than a thousand raw chili peppers. 4chan not only contains porn, but we can assume that it's home to a bunch of users that like to harass others for their works, and don't care about if they offend other people.
But to be truly honest, YouChewPoop shouldn't be insulting 4chan, as the majority of the YCP members are trying too hard to be just like it.
4chan's Shenanigans
4chan has had a lot of influence over pop culture, even going to the point of Rick Astley rick rolling various crowds during a Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends Thanksgiving Day Parade float.
Habbo Raids
Aside from their various porn, one example of their various shenanigans is their various raids of the popular virtual world, Habbo. Various people, usually 4chan members, would dress their avatars as African-American people in business suits with afros and block the virtual pool claiming it was closed due to aids. Other than the occasional mini-raids, on certain days there were extremely huge raids, with the various raiders crowding the room. Apparently, they were trying to annoy the other players with their raids. Trying to make themselves look cool may have also been a goal. And it worked.

Another example is the /b/ board, where you can post almost anything. Fake threats that have been posted on said board have been interpreted as actual planned attacks by various police.
