Apparently dirtpants has been accused of ripping off Deepercutt's current avatar, the green Mario with cool looking shades comparing it to dirtpants's avatar, Bowser with shades. Little do they know that Dirtpants has had the same avatar since the vanilla days, during this time Deepercutt still had his old Cream the Rabbit avatar.
