Recently, Youtube has updated so that widescreen videos will be viewed in widescreen, allowing for prettier videos and HD. However, it was not without its flaws, because videos not uploaded in widescreen will be surrounded by hideous black bars.
However, various Youtube Poops have taken advantage of the widescreen gimmick and used it as a Poopism. The video will often appear to be a regular old standard video, but at certain parts, like when it zooms in, the video takes up the entire space and is in fact revealed to be widescreen. Good examples of this gimmick include "Widescreen Ruins Youtube Poop" by WalrusGuy and "NORMAN" (seen to the right) by The Electric Cheese.
