Dr. Light is the creator of Megaman, Roll and the Guidance System as well as being a co-creator of the first 6 Robot masters (Cutman, Gutsman, Bombman, Fireman, Elecman and Iceman). First appeared in the first Megaman game, he became more popular in Captain N: The Game Master and Mega Man and is always telling the obvious to people. Due to Capcom botching up stuff, he was called Dr. Wright (as well as in Captain N), Dr. Right (Japanese translation) or Dr. Light.
