This article describes a recognised Poopism: a method of video editing that has been used by a number of poopers.An effect where the poop zooms at an image slowly . Often used for a mystrious and awkward silence scene or when two different characters are staring at each other.

(the attached video is a good poop but a terrible example! Remember for effective Mysterious Zooming you should never zoon in on the face but instead into a part of the screen that is of little interest )
