This template marks regular Chewiki contributors by categorizing them under Category:Users. Putting it on their user page is standard, but can also fit well on your Pooper page.
It also marks whether or not the user is a Sysop of the Chewiki.
This template is for regular editors; but since it marks sysops, then it is a good idea to also put it on a sysop's user page, whether or not they may be regular editors.
