Anime Luigi was created by kingplatypus3rd. He was first seen in a crappy youtube poop called, "Anime Luigi Appears Part 1". Anime Luigi may be one of Luigi's strangest forms. His clothes are different from all of the others. Also he speaks Japanese. Anime Luigi lives in a parrallel universe where everything is anime. A.
