This edit might end up reverted at some point, it might not, but I need to get this off my chest regardless.
YTP is a fucking joke. That probably sounds like some harsh negative statement to you, and if it does, congratulations. YTP is and has always been designed from the ground up to be a joke, a group of silly videos on the internet that are not to be taken seriously. YTP has gotten entirely too derisive, and now I think it's collapsing in on itself. There aren't different styles of videos anymore, there are entire different communities for YTP, where everyone has to be the exact same or they must find somewhere else to be. That is my main problem with the YTP "community" in it's current state; it's not about the videos anymore, it's a social circle designed around videos.
If anyone is reading this, do NOT do what I did. Forget about all of your favorite famous YTPers, I've met them all and they're all normal, entirely uninteresting people, and they'll probably not like you very much. Either you're making YTP to make yourself laugh, or you're in it for the wrong reasons. I only wish I could have figured this out when I first started.
