Tourette's Guy was a series of clips that chronicled the daily life of its star, Danny (1964-2007), who had Tourette's Syndrome.
www.tourettesguy.com, the site that hosted Danny's videos also includes a shop from which fans can buy merchandise and also a forum, where fans discuss videos and make videos using various scenes from the Tourette's Guy videos. (NB: Anyone who visits the site is warned to do so at their own risk as it is NSFW.)
