4 Chan is a popular image board, which is basically like a message board with picture and words. People post topics about anything from Anime to video games to porn. Though, mostly... porn. Which is ironic because the person who made the site was not even 18 when the site was created(he was 15).
But to be truly honest, YouChewPoop shouldn't be insulting 4chan, as the majority of the YCP members are trying too hard to be just like it.

4chan has had a lot of influence over pop culture, even going to the point of Rick Ashley rick rolling various crowds during a Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends Thanksgiving Day Parade float.
