The Censor Beep is used by those too lazy to cut up words to create new ones. It is now used far often and too much and very badly but unlisted poopers and has become a hallmark of AIDS. It is suggested you do not use this method at all but if you do only use very carefully, to avoid your videos being seen in the same context as everything that is bad about youtube poop. Remember if you ignore the tastes of your audience they will ignore your videos and watch one they enjoy instead.
