It is the first official youtube poop being that it uses a common youtube poop source still used today, but I believe the oldest incarnation of "youtube poop" would be "Breakdowns of 1942" a Warner Brothers Studio blooper real which looped and mixed some of the bloopers with hilarious results. Basically the grandfather of modern youtube poop.
