This article is filed under Characters.Skinny Froggo is a version of Froggo that appeared from time to time. Despite his lack of fat on his body, like regular Froggo, he still eats just as much, just, only at LUNCH. He always has a back-up plan and it usually involves a table full of food. He was seen in the Yalta sketch and the song at the beginning of "Presidential People".
