In Brief
Autumnithink is a regular creator of tennis videos, but also creates a lot of solo remixes.
History
Autumnithink registered on YouTube on June 5, 2008. It is not clear, when he really started making videos, since he deleted some of his first known videos, but in 2011, he began with YTP Tennis Videos.
Style
Preferred Sources
- He pretty much uses anything, even Santo Bugito.
Preferred Methods
Mostly, he does simple repeats, but with usage of art effects. Sometimes, there are large sequences with key-framed panning and effects. What's pretty unique is the way how he obtains sources and previous tennis rounds. He captures them with a video camera (or webcam) and edits the recordings.
Preferred Software
- Sony Vegas (additional plugin: NewBlueFX)
Criticism
There's no doubt that there are people not liking his method of obtaining videos, since it's rather done by very young people making pretty cheap video remixes of CD-i sources, but the biggest complaint about him is the way how he starts tennis matches. He makes a serve and on the description box he simply types in like "1 of 6 vs molhal". He doesn't ask the people, if they are interested in playing him, but so far, almost everyone has accepted his "challenges".
Other Information
As said on the paragraph "Criticism", he doesn't ask the people if they want to play a tennis match with him. Sometimes, he makes videos consisting of plain text that includes his ideas for a possible tennis match, whether he is in it or not. Usually, what he writes down is kinda cryptic and thus difficult to understand. He lacks of grammatically correct writing in general.
Once at some day, he was actually trying to retire from making any videos, but he quickly came back afterwards. The reason for that must've had to do with someone not wanting to tennis him, but it's not really known anymore. He has actually showed up in two videos, in the first declaring his retirement and in the second declaring his come back. They are not up on YouTube anymore.
