They seem to have one main YTPMV source called "The Cook."
Here is what I was told: This person calls "The Cook". They say that he is on a trip Moscow-Vladivostok and he goes mad. He tells a joke and he laughs at the joke by himself. The Cook has a great popularity (because) of his ingenious laugh!
