This Pooper is Dormant and unclassified to be retired or on hiatus.

In Brief[edit]

DWL1993 is a musical Team Fortress 2 fan who made more than just Youtube Poops; his content ranged from original songs to Garry's Mod animations to miscellaneous funny junk. According to his first and last YTPs, he used Sony Vegas to make his videos.

History[edit]

Far from having "a lot to learn", as his first YTP's description states, DWL1993's editing style and range of activities have evolved into something distinctly his. His initial habit of mostly making mediocre YTPMVs and various dubbed memes changed into the well-fleshed YTPMV's and original songs we all know and love. In more recent years he uploaded some of his most acclaimed and well-viewed YTPMVs, like "Dirtbowl" and "The Bwargh of Fillydelphia". Interestingly, these later videos use more diverse source material than usual. As his last upload drew near, his uploads became rarer and rarer, until finally, he uploaded for the last time. Although he continued to upload to his alternate account for some time after, the community has not yet stopped asking for his return. According to himself, the reason he does not upload anymore is because he does not have the time nor motivation to finish his various scrapped projects. According to the discussion tab on his Youtube account, he was well-liked by many experienced poopers such as AMTC (PiaNO!), TriforceOfDiarrhea, and ImpossibleCarl69.

Reception[edit]

A leisurely wander into the comment section of virtually any of DWL1993's YTPMVs - especially his more recent ones - will reveal that reception of DWL1993 is overwhelmingly positive. A slightly more detailed look will reveal praise from fellow poopers.

Criticism[edit]

DWL1993's fame has been brought into question a few times, from suspicions of chiplooping to calling his subscriber count too high, as evidenced in the comments here and his account's discussion tab.

Achievements[edit]

Besides the overwhelming praise of his work, DWL1998 also started a fad with the video "A Look Inside Soldier's Mind".
