Double Luigi Attack was only used by Mama Luigi once in Rock TV. When he was thrown at Mario, and Mario was thrown at him, he said his catchphrase, so the second he hit Mario, he would turn into him.
Effects
Mario turns into Mama Luigi with red clothes on. He has all Mama Luigi's powers.
Actual Facts
The creators made another bad mistake with animation. Or did they? =O
