Steely Phil is a character from the classic show Hey Anrold. When he isn't training for Chiiiiiiiiiiiiiinese Checkers, he is commenting on how fat or old he is. His most hated qualitiy is his laugh. He learned how to fly kites because, when you get old, you learn everything, and you also learn to go that way.
His greatest enemies or Robbie Fisher and Fred Phelps.
He gasps very often, to the discontent of others.
Although he is told often by his grandson Arnold that there is a shortcut, he will reply with a simple "No, no."
