While UncleChuckTH provided the first round, at Round 2 Terrorist became unavailable, which caused a few players to try to scramble for the open spot to complete for the win. While UncleChuckTH provided the first round, at Round 2 Terrorist became unavailable, which led BMATF to the assumption that he would now play in the last match. RabbitSnore would intervene and say that no one was yet confirmed yet as the replacement which between him and Gallers was agreed upon that KingCornholio, who placed second in the corresponding division, rightfully deserved the spot. After no immediate confirmation though and prolonged waiting, Rabbit and Gallers made the impulsive decision to give the match spot to Miscellaneous10, which yeilded one more Round, the first volley from the opposing side. UncleChuckTH however would mention after already taking longer than usual to respond to this that he would be leaving for Spring Break right that minute and had nothing done, and not being able to do more until a week from then. This would be the last happening to occur within this competition, as from there it would meet its official ending through nullification of activity.
 There would be an interim of time following this where for much of the Spring no competitive matches would take place, until the coming announcement of a new, more basic-in-form idea for a competition that Gallers would conjure up in May 2008. This would serve to be the very first [[Tennis Cup I|Tennis Cup]], and the first competition to be officially billed and run as a site-sanctioned Tennis Tournament.

While this remains without Gallers' last round, the concept of the match being "extremely British" was kept on with much silliness, including much of the in-thread conversation utilizing many deliberate english mannerisms particularly by RabbitSnore, which the other players responded to keep with the amusement of it all. By Round 4 SeductiveBaz was editing at his trademark full volume capacity again in what would be an absurdly comedic closure to the match, which because of the length of time it took to finish because of technical problems was resolved by waiving any penalties given in the match to make it even. It would be the first match of the competition(in addition to being the first competitive match ever) to end in a tie, with both players receiving a vote count of 3.

The match would end with a tiw between Gamebop and Baz with just one point each, with Gamebop technically winning by raw score with 3, making this gameweek one in which every match would have no final score above 2 points. By it's end Division A had a four-way tie for first, with peskyplumber, BMATF, Terrorist and KingCornholio at 7 points, SoldierElerium just behind with 6, and LightningSpike still in dead last with still no points.
