==In brief==
Goldberg1337 is a little-known pooper who began making videos in August of 2008.  His style could almost be likened to that of an analog pooper, as he uses a title screen (Saying "Goldberg1337 Presents..." over 1960's organ music) in nearly every video, usually includes credits, and tags his videos appropriately, and his trademark 'narative' style., among other examples.  However, this is not the case; many of his poops contain random material and other items that an analog pooper would dare not touch with a 5-foot poll.

His poops are characterized by a 'narative' style, an after-credits joke, and use of the WTF Bomb and Garbage Day.  -->
==History==

The first YouTube Poop Goldberg1337 saw was ''THROUGH THE FIRE AND FLAMES 100% EXPERT'' better known as "Butterfly in the Sky".  This had a big impact on him, but what had an even bigger impact were the next two poops he saw: [[WalrusGuy]]'s ''Scooby Doo and the Case of the Diabetes'' and [[IamtheGang]]'s ''Zelda CD-i--the Return to Gamelon''.  It was [[IamtheGang's]] style that most inspired him to create his own YouTube Poops, although unfortunately it lead Goldberg to CD-i poop (although he eventually overcame this).

==Style==
Goldberg1337's style is comprised of narrative, epic poops.  Many are over 5 minutes long.  Basicly, there is usually some sort of story or theme, and the jokes pertain to that.  His poop "Wand of Zion" a CD-i/ Matrix hybrid could even be considered to have "sketches" much like a comedy program.  

A second trademark of his work is the use of frame-by-frame animation.  As all his work is done using free software--WMM, Paint, and Audacity (a fact he prides himself on)--the only way to do any "custom animation" (as he refers to it) is by drawing or each frame and them importing the image files into WMM and aranging them.  Although this makes for slow framerates and inconsistant placement, this homey style could be considered indearing, and noteable for the amount of work put into complex projects, such as his almost entirely animated poop "Election '08".

Two more notable items present in many of his videos are an end-of-credits joke, and a staredown accompanied by the song "Ironside(2)".
The former is used both to encourage viewers to read all the credits, and for any little jokes that did not fit into the actual work.  In his epic "Captain Planet--Right In The Fuehrer's Face!" there is a long end-of credits joke featuring two men in tuxedos dancing, originally from the "Everybody Wants To Rule The World" music video (used earlier in the same poop).
The Ironside(2) staredown was used first in "Wand of Zion", and Goldberg1337 continued to use it in almost every single poop to date.  It is difficult to describe, but easy to recognize.

Goldberg1337 uses all freeware or system-included software: WMM, Paint, and Audacity (the latter with a few extra plugins).  He prides himself on using such limited technology.

Goldberg1337 is known to dislike highly sped-up poops and large amounts of [[earrape]], as well as all screamers.  

==Reception==
Goldberg1337 had had little reception, as he is known by few.  Comments on his videos are typically possitive, quoting funny lines, or mentioning that his videos need more views or stars.  However, on the YouChewPoop forums comments typically range from saying that the work is "meh" or "ugh" to downright negative and insulting comments.

===Criticism===
Criticism is typically aimed at the long, epic/ narritive style, which may leave segements of varrying lengths joke-free.  YouChew users also frequently dislike his use of an intro and credits, as well as the overall duration of many of his poops.

===Achievements===
Goldberg1337 sadly has few, if any achievements.  His second video "Feel the Love" has over 1,200 views at this writing.

==Associates==
Goldberg1337 is friends with Mellotronaic and HillbillyJim, both poopers as well.  He is also good friends with DragonSly, who Goldberg1337 is coaching to become his "protege" in YouTube Poop.

As stated above, Goldberg1337 and DragonSly are a teacher/ mentor type team, but have not done any collabs.

===Influences===
Goldberg1337 was mostly influenced by the prolific and narrative nature of some of [[WalrusGuy]]'s videos, and by the epic nature of [[IamtheGang]].  It was the latter's use of WMM and Paint that inspired Goldberg1337 to do the same.

It was the semi-negative reaction to WalrusGuy's short poops that cemented Goldberg1337 to the longer, epic/ narrative style (although there have been several exceptions).

In addition, he was inspired to use Ironside(2) after seeing "Toys Gone Wild!".

Goldberg1337 also makes non-poop videos, such as "Silent Film Tourettes Guy" and "Mac vs PC: The Duel".  The latter of the two he accidentally labled a YTP, and was blammed by YouChew users until he realized his mistake and appologized.
===Trivia===
The username "Goldberg1337" comes from the fictious capitol of a fictious country that the pooper in question had invented.  As he belonged to a Clock-Crew spinoff and his avatar was a block of gold, he created a country called "Gold's United Nation (GUN)".  He called the capitol "Goldberg" as a pun on the last name and the common city suffix "-berg".  This has lead to confusion as to his nationaly/ religion, due to Goldberg being a common Jewish name.  Quite the contrary, Goldberg1337 is a Protesant Christian of European decent.
