Ludwig Von Koopa was the second-in-command of the Nazi Army, but after Hitler hung/poisoned/shot himself, Ludwig assumed control. In a battle with the Soviet Army, he was captured, and was hung.

In the '60s, he was reincarnated as the eldest son of [[King Koopa]], and now serves a re-animated [[Hitler]] in a second attempt to conquer sie vorld fir Deutschland (Which is failing miserably, so far, as the only place they have control over is [[Stuttgart]]).
