This is a term referring to taking a still of a movie or cartoon, and then rapeing into non-puchline after smoothering it with carp and melted butter. Usual, the still is then sandwhiched between the heartless pap that the creator is tying to pass as a "creative and well thought out plan that will leave the audience in gobs of hysterical laughter after seeing that someone replaced Marios toaster scene with an ms paint job of him as a [[KKK]] member."
